The mission of GirlBoss New Zealand is to inspire, empower and equip New Zealand girls to develop their STEM (Science, Technology Engineering and Maths), leadership and entrepreneurial skills in order to become the change makers of the future.

GirlBoss New Zealand encourages young women to dream big and consider fields in which they are under-represented such as STEM, business and governance – areas in which they can create large scale change which benefits us all. GirlBoss develops 21st-century skills to equip young women for the rapidly changing workplace. GirlBoss educates young women about gender equity and assists in developing strategies to overcome potential challenges. We want women’s voices at the table so that policies reflect the diverse nature of our society.
